If you’re from South Florida chances are, you probably already know all about the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa. Whether you’re familiar with their Forbes Five-Star 42,000 square foot luxury spa or for the charming resort itself, you know your in for a unique experience the second you walk into the lobby.

We don’t need to tell you how much has changed in the past year, but something that may have gotten overlooked is treating yourself and your hunny to something special because keeping the romance alive amidst a global pandemic can’t be easy for a lot of couples out there.

Luckily, this wasn’t the case for Lindsey and her boyfriend, Nathan - who quarantined together for three months and are currently in a long-distance relationship. But we have heard stories, and when you’re cooped up with the same person for three months in the crazy world we’re currently living in, romance can take a back seat. This inspired us to think outside the “COVID box,” and write an article that would resonate with our readers and spark inspiration for a quick staycation/getaway to spark up the romance a bit. And what better place to innate this spark than the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa.

Let’s start with the usual, the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa is doing anything and everything they can to remain one of the cleanest hotels in Palm Beach County, and it shows. Masks are required when walking through the lobbies and restaurants before you are seated and there’s hand sanitizer practically everywhere you look. For a complete list of the safety precautions they have implemented, click here. Let’s talk about the weekend itself because it was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The staff was so accommodating and sweet when informing us of the changes they’ve made in regards to their new COVID-Compliant policies, but they also didn’t want to take away from creating a special experience we will never forget.

Upon checking in, our room wasn’t ready because of the extra cleaning precautions they are taking when cleaning the rooms now, which was no problem because off to the pool we went! The sun was out, the views were stunning, and I was playfully scolded for not wearing my mask when we were walking to our lounge-chairs (oops!), I didn’t make that mistake again! We had private lounge-chairs that overlooked the ocean to the left and the resort pool to the right.

After two margaritas, Lindsey convinced Nathan it was time for a full-on photo shoot, which he participated in with no complaints. What a great “influencer boyfriend”, right?

Following our pool day, it was time for our spa appointments - you know the Forbes Five-Star 42,000 square foot wonderland spa? In my opinion, the best spa in existence. I have been to the Eau’s spa before so I was more excited for Nathan to experience what we were about to have in store together.

They quickly reminded us of their COVID-compliant policies and then we were off to make our “selfish wish.” Yes, a “selfish wish,” the Eau Spa is passionate about ‘me time.’ That time when you’re lounging and living in luxury and that mentality comes naturally. They want every moment to celebrate YOU.

From there, it was time to get in our luxurious robes and enjoy a spa tour worth a thousand words before entering our very own private Garden Villa for the Eau Spa’s Garden of Eden Spa Package. It was the perfect sensual journey as we were submerged in the sounds, scents, and surroundings of original temptation, which is what the Eau Spa values most. We harnessed the power of nature with Arctic berries and melted botanical cream with a decadent foot to scalp massage. Prior to the treatment, we slithered into a bath in your own private garden. It was absolutely blissful.

This wasn’t just any massage, because the Eau doesn’t hire just any Massage Therapist. We both agreed these were the best massages we have ever gotten. If The Garden of Eden Villa Spa Service doesn’t scream romance, I truly don’t know what does, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Something interesting to note is that both Massage Therapists wore gloves the entire time and neither of us knew until we could hear the gloves during the scalp massage at the end. This absolutely shocked me. Not only are they taking the proper safety precautions, but the Eau Spa has also found a magically way to wear gloves and not feel them.

Following our spa service, we were in no rush to leave the spa, so we stayed much longer to enjoy the amenities and everything else the Eau Spa is known for. Gotta love those water swings and jacuzzis!

Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated were able to check into our room, only to be greeted with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries sent personally from their Marketing Director, Nick Gold. Shoutout to Nick for elevating our experience at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa even more.

We dined at the restaurant inside the resort, Temple Orange because why would anyone ever want to leave? The service was impeccable and the food was to die for.

After finishing off a bottle of red wine, we walked around and toured the rest of the spa before heading up to bed to sleep in the most comfortable beds you could ever think of.

As we mentioned before, who would ever want to leave this romantic paradise? But, every staycation must come to an end, but not before breakfast at Temple Orange, which was the icing on the cake to end our wonderful stay at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa.
